  • Proactive in mastering their role to grow in the organization
  • Build and streamline operational processes and own the “issues”
  • Approaches problem solving with a dedication to supporting your team members and clients
  • Achieve average net promoter score of 9 or greater

 

Skills Needed to Win:

  • 2+ years’ experience putting the customer first with white glove service
  • 2+ years’ experience working on a team and raising up those around you
  • Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office suite
  • Ability and desire to own processes
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to succeed in organizing and managing clerical needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
